Returns & Exchanges

Every SIA HOME order is packed as a gift to your space—carefully, with attention to detail.

Due to the nature of home fragrance items, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of damage or defect.

Report Window

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at siahome.wa@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the situation.

Important

Items that have been used or are not in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your box arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before discarding the packaging—this helps us resolve the issue faster.
